Onsite Business Mentoring Certification Courses

As leaders in the mentoring field for over 22 years, we have developed certification programs available through our sister company, MentoringUniversity.com. Currently, we offer the following certifications, most of which are "on-site" courses and training:

Mentoring Program Manager Certification (MPM)
This certification is for those employees within an organization who are charged with the responsibility of creating, implementing, and managing one or more mentoring programs. NOTE: we now offer an online Mentoring Program Manager Certification course that you can take from the comfort of your home or office.

MentGuide Trainer Certification (MGT)

Using our workbook as a guide within the classroom setting, the MMentGuide Trainer is able to work with a small group of employees in mapping out a strategy to identify and obtain a mentor. The certification generally involves 10-15 contact hours over the course of 6 months.
