Download Template

Templates are pre-defined program forms. The client admin should know the templates for different program types. You can download the template on the computer for reference.

To Download a Template:

Step 1: Navigate to Templates.

Step 2: Click a form you want to download.

Step 3: Press the keys ctrl and P on your keyboard.

Step 4: Click Print and Save.
